The process

    Vanilla arrives from the grower and the lot is identified.

  2. Cure

    Curing begins with careful handling appropriate to the beans and their condition.

  3. Dry

    Beans are gradually dried and regularly evaluated.

  4. Condition

    The vanilla rests and develops before final evaluation.

  5. Return / supply

    Finished vanilla is prepared according to the arrangement with the grower.
